My name is Alec, and I’m a native (and still a resident) of Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges, a small outdoor paradise where I’ve been practicing a variety of sports since I was a young child. Formerly a competitive cross-country skier, I now dedicate myself to trail running, a sport that allows me to stay connected to nature and feed my passion for playing in the woods and exploring the mountains while pushing my limits.
