Amanda Nelson hails from Woodstock, Ontario where she began running competitively in 2020. In addition to holding race titles, course records, and several national records, Nelson’s local claims to fame include the co-founding of the Run Oxford County run club and running to raise funds for charity. Nelson recently established her own endurance athlete training business, Always Moving by Amanda Nelson, which has produced award-winning athletes. When she’s not training or coaching, Nelson spends her time with her family, fur family, and working on a dairy farm.
