Bastien-Olivier will take on the 125K Ultra-Trail Harricana du Canada with a deeply personal motivation. In 2024, he paced a friend during the race and was inspired by the atmosphere, the runners, and the incredible trail community. From that night on, he knew he wanted to return—not as a pacer, but as a competitor determined to earn his place among the Wolves. Known for his passion for long-distance adventures and self-supported challenges, Bastien-Olivier has spent the past few years focusing on Fastest Known Times (FKTs) rather than traditional races. As a new father, he now carefully chooses events that hold special meaning and showcase Canada’s most spectacular landscapes. With the training volume and endurance he has built over the years, he arrives at UTHC ready to challenge the front of the field.
