Charles Lachance discovered trail running in 2022 after several years of mountain biking and climbing. These two sports gave him a strong appreciation for technical terrain, adventure, and pushing his limits.

Since entering the trail running world, Charles has quickly made his mark on the Québec scene, earning several podium finishes over distances ranging from 30K to nearly 50K. For him, performance goes far beyond race day. He enjoys every aspect of the process, from training and strategy to gear, while finding the right balance with family and everyday life.

Always looking to optimize the small details that can make a difference, Charles never loses sight of what matters most: having fun, staying present, and feeling fully alive. He will line up for the Ultra-Trail Harricana 42K Saint-Siméon, ready to put that mindset to the test on Charlevoix’s technical trails.
