A physiotherapist and passionate trail runner, Laurianne Roberge has become a familiar face at the Ultra-Trail Harricana du Canada. Since her first participation in 2018, she hasn’t missed a single edition, making UTHC a true landmark in her running seasons.
Usually in Charlevoix to compete, Laurianne has built an impressive record at the event, including a victory in the 42 km Classique in 2022, a 3rd-place finish on the same course in 2023 and a 4th place in the 42 km Saint-Siméon in 2025. She also finished 3rd at the Bromont Ultra 80 km in 2025.
This year, however, her return to the 30 km will have a different meaning. She’ll share the experience with her partner, who will be discovering trail racing for the first time. For Laurianne, it’s an opportunity to pass along a passion that has shaped so many of her own seasons.
At 29, she also hopes her presence at UTHC can reinforce a simple message: trail running belongs to everyone. By openly being herself and sharing her journey, Laurianne hopes to help build a sporting community that continues to become more welcoming, inclusive and representative.
