Mylène Sansoucy is an experienced ultra-trail athlete with a lifelong passion for endurance sports and long-distance running. After competing in road marathons from the age of 20, she gradually transitioned to trail running and ultra-trail, a discipline she has been fully dedicated to since 2017.
The Ultra-Trail Harricana du Canada (UTHC) has played a key role in her athletic journey. It was at Harricana that she earned her first ultra-trail podium finishes, delivering strong performances on the 65 km course in 2017 and 2019, the 80 km in 2018, and the demanding 125 km in 2022, showcasing both consistency and resilience on technical terrain in Charlevoix.
In 2025, Mylène stood out on the international stage at the Transgrancanaria 127 km, finishing 13th among the world’s elite athletes. Back in Québec, she continued her successful season with a 3rd place at the QMT 135 km, along with victories at the UTFS 80 km and the UTCC 88 km.
She later represented Canada at the Trail Running World Championships in the Pyrenees, completing the Long Trail (82 km) race, before closing her season with a 2nd place finish at the Défi des couleurs 42 km. Consistent, resilient and experienced, Mylène Sansoucy embodies the spirit of endurance, commitment and performance that defines the Ultra-Trail Harricana du Canada.
