Sébastien Brochu

37 years old

Since discovering trail running in his early thirties, Sébastien Brochu has spent countless hours exploring the rolling trails of Quebec’s Eastern Townships. While he runs first and foremost for the peacefulness of nature and the feeling of freedom it provides, he equally enjoys the intensity of race day and challenging himself across a wide range of distances.

Equally capable of performing over 20 km or 160 km, Sébastien returns to Charlevoix for his fourth UTHC. After finishing 7th in the 125 km in 2024, he is switching gears this year to test his speed in the 30 km Quebec Cup.
