You will find on this web page all the information you need to prepare for the event. You will also receive a newsletter about 6 weeks before the event with the important points that we would like to bring to your attention to prepare you well for your event.

Minimum Age

To participate in the 20-km race, runners aged 14 and under must receive parental authorization to participate and must be accompanied by an adult who remains within 10 metres of the child throughout the entire race or both Athletes will be disqualified.

Rules and Regulations

If an athlete does not abide by the rules and regulations of the UTHC, he could receive a warning, a time penalty or be disqualified. You can consult the complete official rules and regulations of the UTHC at harricana.info. The following is a summary of the applicable rules.

  • Ensure your bib is worn on the front of the body and is visible at all times.
  • Always remain on the marked trail.
  • Pacers are not allowed.
  • Always pick up your trash and dispose of it at the appropriate areas of the aid stations.
  • Poles are not permitted for distances of 28 km and under.
  • Mandatory equipment must be worn or carried at all times.

Bib and Timing

Timing chips will be stuck to the bib. Your bib must be worn on the front of the body, always visible and on top of the outermost layer of clothing.
