I’m a runner from the Lanaudière region, and I discovered trail running about five years ago while living in Banff, Alberta. It was love at first sight, and ever since, my life has revolved around the trails. I’ve been running every single day since January 1st, 2024. My desire to compete really kicked in after finishing second at the UTHC 65 in 2024.

Based in Gaspésie, this athlete is a young mother and a passionate trail runner, deeply connected to the rugged landscapes of the Chic-Choc Mountains. Drawn to challenges, she made a successful return to competitive trail running in 2024, just one year after giving birth to her son, demonstrating strong physical and mental resilience.

During her second trail season in 2025, she competed in seven races, achieving her goal of finishing inside the top 10 in every event. A PhD candidate in political philosophy, she views trail running as a powerful way to organize her thoughts, disconnect from daily life, and maintain a strong mental and physical balance—essential qualities for success in trail and ultra-trail racing, including demanding events such as the Ultra-Trail Harricana du Canada (UTHC).
