Shuttle schedule

UTHC PARKING INFORMATION

This year, there will be construction work at Mont Grand-Fonds. Our activities will therefore be relocated to the parking lot, resulting in an 80% reduction in its capacity. To accommodate this, we have provided two new parking lots with a free shuttle service to take you to the activities at Mont Grand-Fonds. These two parking lots are in addition to the Berges (Alexis le Trotteur) parking lot, which was also available last year and will again be serviced by a shuttle this year. Please refer to the attached map for details.

The two new parking lots are located on Chemin des Loisirs:

The shuttle for these two parking lots will operate continuously throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday during all our activities. It will not operate on Friday, as there are no departures from Mont Grand-Fonds that day. The on-site parking at Mont Grand-Fonds will be used for bib pickup on Friday.

If you are participating in the 125 km race:

  • If you expect to finish among the first runners during the night from Friday to Saturday, you may park at Mont Grand-Fonds and take the 125 km shuttle departing from Mont Grand-Fonds.
  • If you expect to finish between 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM on Saturday, please do not leave your car at Mont Grand-Fonds. Park at the Berges (Alexis le Trotteur) parking lot and take the shuttle that will take you directly to the start. You can also use the shuttle departing from various locations in La Malbaie. [Here is the link for the shuttle]. Continuous shuttles will bring you back after your race to various locations and to the Berges parking lot.

If you are participating in the 80 km, 65 km, or 42 km races on Saturday:

Please do not leave your car at Mont Grand-Fonds. Park at the Berges (Alexis le Trotteur) parking lot and take the shuttle that will take you directly to the start. You can also use the shuttle departing from various locations in La Malbaie. [Here is the link for the shuttle]. Continuous shuttles will bring you back after your race to various locations and to the Berges parking lot.

If you are participating in the 28 km and 20 km night duo races on Saturday:

Use the two new parking lots located 3 km from Mont Grand-Fonds and take advantage of the continuous shuttle service. You can also use the shuttle departing from various locations in La Malbaie. [Here is the link for the shuttle].

If you are participating in the 42 km St-Siméon race on Sunday:

Please do not leave your car at Mont Grand-Fonds. Park at the Berges (Alexis le Trotteur) parking lot and take the shuttle that will take you directly to the start. If you are participating in the 20 km, 10 km, 5 km, or youth races on Sunday:

Are you arriving from Montreal or Quebec City directly on Sunday morning for your race? Park at the Berges (Alexis le Trotteur) parking lot and take the shuttle that will take you directly to the start. Continuous shuttles will bring you back after your race to various locations and to the Berges parking lot.

If you are coming to support and cheer on Saturday or Sunday:

Shuttle Schedule:

  • Saturday: 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM
  • Sunday: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Depending on the time of day, please allow 15 to 30 minutes of waiting time for the shuttle.

UTHC SHUTTLE SERVICE

The registration links for our race start shuttles are now open. You have until August 28 to register.

SHUTTLES DEPARTING FROM QUEBEC CITY ON SUNDAY

New this year for Sunday runners: We are offering a free shuttle service from Quebec City, departing from the Hydro Quebec Parking Lot (Rue de Celles). The shuttle will leave at 5:15 AM on Sunday, arriving around 7:45 AM at Mont Grand-Fonds.

If you are participating in the Sunday races (except for the 42 km St-Siméon) and are planning a round trip, this service is for you. You won’t have to worry about parking. A VIP area will be set up for you to store your personal belongings at Mont Grand-Fonds. The return to Quebec City will be at 3:30 PM.
