Sign-up for any of the Ultra-Trail Harricana of Canada 2017 races and run the chance of winning a spring skiing getaway to the Mont Grand-Fonds ski area in the beautiful Charlevoix region!

All persons 18 years and over registered to any of the 2017 edition races before March 3rd, 2017 will be automatically registered to a prize draw for:

– 2 nights in a cottage for 4-6 people offered by Chalet Spa Canada; 

– 2 days of skiing for two adults offered by the Mont Grand-Fonds ski area.
The prize is valid until the end of the 2017 ski season.
If you are already registered to any of the 2017 races, you will automatically entered into the prize draw. If not, sign-up before March 3rd to be entered into the draw!

Contest rules :

1. All persons 18 years and over, registered to any Ultra-Trail Harricana of Canada 2017 race before March 3rd at 16h00 are eligible for the prize draw.
2. Each registration to a race of an eligible person results in one entry into the draw.
3. No tickets or bulletins are required to participate in the draw.  All eligible persons are automatically registered to the draw.
4. After the contest closes March 3rd 2017 at 16h00, a randomized draw will be done to determine the winner.
5. The winner will be contacted by email and will have 3 days to claim his/her prize.
6. The gift certificates for the weekend getaway to Mont Grand-Fonds will be sent to the winner by mail.
7. If however the winner does not claim his/her prize within 3 days of receiving the email advising him/her of the win, a second draw will occur and a new winner will be named.
8. Employees, representatives, board members and proxies of Ultra-Trail Harricana of Canada, and their families are not eligible for the contest.
9. Any grievances concerning the organisation of a contest can be submited to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.  Any grievances concerning the attribution of a prize can be submitted with the only objective of trying to solve said grievance.
10. The prize is transferable.  The winner can elect any other person to receive the prize by sending an email to the organisation with that person’s contact details.
11. The prize includes :

–         2 nights stay in a cottage for 4-6 people, valid until the end of the 2017 ski season, offered by Les Chalets Spa Canada.  

–         2 days of alpine skiing for two (2) adults, valid until the end of the 2017 ski season, offered by Le Mont Grand-Fonds.
