I am a kinesiologist, coach, and ultra-marathon runner.

I accumulate hours on the trails and pavement to push my limits, explore the mountains, and stay curious. Every race is an adventure for me, and a laboratory of endurance and resilience. I enjoy varied terrain, long distances, and everything the raw effort teaches me about my physiology, my mindset… and about others.
